1. Identity
Match the repair ticket, device model, listing title, and package label before opening protective films.2. Condition
Inspect glass, frame, flex cables, connectors, brackets, mesh, and protective films under good light.3. Pre-install test
Connect safely before final adhesive installation; confirm image, touch, brightness, and visible defects.4. Full touch map

Use light, dark, and neutral screens to inspect uniformity, lines, spots, flicker, and color behavior.6. Related functions

Check frame alignment, perimeter seating, cable routing, fasteners, and adhesive before closing the job.8. Record
Save supplier, SKU, received date, result, issue photos, and resolution against the repair or batch record.
